The IRC/TORCH Spanish Consent Form must be printed, completed, and notarized before traveling to Honduras if you are under the age of 21. Torch Spanish Consent Form

This form provides the necessary parental authorization for the minor to receive medical treatment in Honduras in the event of an emergency.

Please remember: The online application and required online forms must be completed for every participant. The notarized Spanish Consent Form is an additional requirement only for minors traveling without a parent.

What Should I Bring?

Torch recommends you to download the “Torch Packing List”. This will get you started. There are many things you may need to bring, it may also depend on what your group will be focusing on. You will need to check with your group leader for more information that could be specific to your group.
